About Me
I started AG Fitness in 2017 with a clear goal of helping other people achieve their goals. Prior to then I had been in so many different arenas with fitness and most recently was online coaching targeted to show prep. I started to get a lot of questions from people that weren’t interested in bodybuilding but for everyday life and I saw a real need to fill. Helping others achieve their goals, whatever they may be.
I have always been a relentless goal chaser personally but as I started to help others I realized the importance of GOALS so when it came to what I would name my online business that was fairly easy. Trevor suggested AG Fitness… I was sold. What does AG stand for Achieving Goals! (With the little added bonus that it is also my initials)
If you don’t have a set GOAL what is it you are working towards? How will you get there if you don’t know where “there” is? What is your goal for today, this week, month, or year? Have a goals for it all.
I have been so blessed to be a part of so many goals through AG Fitness and it motivates me daily to encourage and empower others. Seeing the power of not only setting goals but achieving goals has is something I hold dear.
Imagine everyday having the simple goal of hitting your macros and completing your workout. EVERYDAY YOU ACHIEVED A GOAL THAT MADE YOU FEEL GOOD AND ACCOMPLISHED!
And every week having the goal of consistency throughout AND EVERY WEEK GETTING TO EVALUATE AND RESET YOUR GOALS. Keeping that sense of accomplishment and knowing what are doing daily matters.
That is why I am a firm believer of offering Challenges. It is a big step but small starter goal to get people going. There is an end date, clear objective, and a set plan to allow you to achieve. Every phase of the challenge I ask you to set your own goals and write them down so you can see daily. AND EVERY CHALLENGE IS A REASON TO CELEBRATE SIMPLY WORKING ON YOUR GOALS!

NUTRITION
It is all about your macros! Flexible dieting is eating foods you choose to the macros I set for you! Your numbers are loaded into your profile with 2 days of sample meal plans and recipes to give you a jump start. But I encourage you to make this sustainable by throwing out the meal plan and balancing your macros with the foods you love!
WORKOUTS
These strength based workouts are all about you! Your efforts bring your results.
With 5 workouts a week your challenge is based on building lean muscle mass, with 2 days built in a week for rest and recovery.
There are workouts for those in the gym or at home with minimum required equipment of resistance bands or dumbbells.
